my grandparents have 4 children... my parents just have one children--me, because china begined to do birth control at 1980s. i hope to have 2 children-- one boy one girl, but only one wife.. lol

the population of china has been more than 1.4 billion.. its crazy, i cant believe what will happpen if the government dont control the birth.china's family planning has always included the two aspects of controlling the population size and improving the population quality in terms of education and health. we can see it is effective through the fact.the overgrowth of population presents a threat to the existence of human society.a large population demands a great deal of food supply and shelter space. however,the limited productivity and scarce natural resources can hardly meet the needs of the ever-Increasing population. in the long run, the overgrowth of the world population will only harm mankind.
Has there been a significant population shift in your country from rural areas to urban
areas? If yes, what are the consequences?
more and more people try to move into the cities, every year, about 13 million rural people flood into cities in china. it is reported that half the 1.3 billion chinese expected to live in cities in 2010
I'm very interesting with your answer (only one wife). I know that the big population's a problem for many countries, especially in Asia. However, on the other hand, if the rate of young of population's high, it also means that the industry can be developed!

ReplyDeleteAs you known One-Child Policy is a special policy to prevent the growing of population in China.. I'm not chines BUT Although the One Child Policy has a good contribution to prevent the growing of the population there are problems brought in by the One Child Policy. which is, the aging population problem.. the percentage of young people in China become less and less as the young people!!!
I think the one-child policy is good for reigning in China's huge population. However I don't think it's appropriate for the government to enforce it as a rule
But now， it is no longer ONE-CHILD POLICY in china. We can have the second kid if both of the couple are the only one child in their own families. Only the sencond kid must born in five years after the first one.
