its is true. the author point out " a significant percentage of teenage online game". it means that the teenagers and children are the main targets of video games. at the same time, the video games are designed to be addictive. the game has an amazing amount of depth. children and teenagers spend most of time on them. in fact, it is reported that they spend mor time in games than in school. they can chat, make friends and play games with friends in video game ; its like they live in school. but there is more funny in video game.

study from my paper
1. How do you feel about your paper? Explain.
when i was doing my research paper, i felt tired. i didnt want to continue to do it and i never want to do it again. however, when i finished my research paper, i sighed to relief. when i looked at the research paper again, im proud for it. i did a hard work and had a good job.
2. If you had a chance to start over, what would you do differently?
at the begining, i really dont know how to search the book and the maganize that related to my research. if i had a chance to start over, i will save a lot of time. at the same time, i will do better at the connection.
3. What are some skills you improved in while doing the paper? Explain
i learned how to write a research paper including choosing the topic, looking for the book or magaine, writing the note, and organizing all information. if i have to do another research paper at university in future, i know the steps and know how to write it.

Discrimination
Comment on the following statement:
Oh, Great Spirit, keep me from ever judging a man until I've walked in his moccasins.
in my opinion, this sentence means that people can not judge people by outward appearance. it likes we can't judge a tree by its bark. appearance can be very deceptive. Some people who have good outlook may not be nice guys, while some who have average outlook may be very nice persons for you to make friends with. You need to judge all of this with your social experience, even instinc. there is an example, one old guy came to my uncle's motel to fix the cropper. He dresses in plain clothes and drives an old car. i think he is a poor man, but my uncle introduce him to me. he has 2 building management at downtown montreal. . he has 7 wife in total, but he lives alone now. i think his whole life is miracle. .judging people by external appearance is superficial and often unfair. after all, you don't know what circumstances the person might be facing or who the person really is. perhaps the person comes from a less fortunate family than you and cannot afford the kind of stylish clothes your friends wear. however, that does not mean the person is less intelligent or interesting than you are. people should not be naive about new people they meet, but should take time to get to know them. external appearance often does not tell us anything about a person. judging someone by their appearance is misleading, reinforces stereotypes, and is limiting. doing so could prevent you from making a true friend.

populaton
1. How many children did your grandparents have? What about your parents? How many
children do you (want to) have?
my grandparents have 4 children... my parents just have one children--me, because china begined to do birth control at 1980s. i hope to have 2 children-- one boy one girl, but only one wife.. lol
2. What is the population of your country? What impact does the population have on the
quality of life there?
the population of china has been more than 1.4 billion.. its crazy, i cant believe what will happpen if the government dont control the birth.china's family planning has always included the two aspects of controlling the population size and improving the population quality in terms of education and health. we can see it is effective through the fact.the overgrowth of population presents a threat to the existence of human society.a large population demands a great deal of food supply and shelter space. however, the limited productivity and scarce natural resources can hardly meet the needs of the ever-Increasing population. in the long run, the overgrowth of the world population will only harm mankind.
Has there been a significant population shift in your country from rural areas to urban
areas? If yes, what are the consequences?
more and more people try to move into the cities, every year, about 13 million rural people flood into cities in china. it is reported that half the 1.3 billion chinese expected to live in cities in 2010

water for elephatns
i really love this story. The author researched her subject very carefully; she describes in detail the circus life during the Great Depression. for the topic of the novel, I think the water can be explained as tears. During the Great Depression, the hard life even makes elephants cry. it worth to taste slowly. if someone want to read it, i can lend the book to you.
during the process of reading novel, i read at night, and discuss with my partners next morning, its interesting. we always argue some details. everyone think themeselve are right. at the same time, we have problems and we work together to solve it. for example, red light. when we reat the novel at the first time, we all dont know what it means. after we reat the second time and discuss again. we get the result , it means fire and kill workers.
at the same time, i really enjoy the book review. i can write my opinons in my book reveiw. i can write my understanding for the topic of the story. also i can retell the story and taste the stroy again. every time, i taste the book ,i can learn a lot and find the interesting of the book.
